Software Developer
Point2 is looking for motivated developers with strong problem solving, system design, and performance
tuning skills to become part of the technical team developing enterprise software for the Real Estate
industry. You will be working on the systems underlying homes.point2.com and agent.point2.com solving
many of the exciting challenges we face in aggregating and syndicating the world’s real estate listing data
and creating tools for agents and brokers to manage those listings.
Candidates must be team oriented, be able to work in a fast-paced, open environment, have excellent
communication skills, and enjoy keeping up with industry and technical advancements.

A Journeyman developer must have outstanding communication skills, a strong desire to work as part of
a team, and skills in all three of the following:
– C# or Java
– SQL
– Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ideally, you also have experience with the following:
– Working in an Agile, XP environment (pair programming, test/behavior driven development)
– Web Application performance tuning (i.e., reducing page size, caching)
– Working with 3rd party APIs
