Account Manager – Heavy Equipment
Working with the Sr. Sales Executive located in Vancouver, BC., the Account Manager will take ownership and accountability for optimizing product adoption and customer satisfaction within Point2’s existing client base. Measures of success will be customer retention and increasing adoption of the Point2 solution feature set.
Duties include:- Lead client relationships as the product “go to” expert;
- Create and manage the client database, as well as adoption, budget and revenue reporting mechanisms;
- Develop and implement on-going communications, training and user satisfaction programs;
- Capture client expectations to drive product development ideas and maintain product superiority;
- Create and implement adoption programs, as well as online and telephone based training; and,
- Provide technical product and troubleshooting support.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- 3-5 Years cumulative experience in client relationship management, customer support and training
- Strong software troubleshooting experience and aptitude
- A self starter attitude, a great team spirit and strong leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting aptitude
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience dealing with customers at all levels and under pressure
- Coaching and training experience in telephone and online based environments
- A strong grasp of business and a keen sales instinct
