Customer Care Representative

Our team is expanding!  Point2 Technologies is looking for enthusiastic go getters to help our Saskatoon-based Customer Care team provide support and service to the real estate professionals who use our software. 

Duties include:
• Becoming an expert with regard to the software developed by Point2 for real estate professionals
• Providing technical assistance to clients regarding the operational activities of the Point2 software via phone and email

Our ideal candidate possesses:
• Minimum Grade 12 level education (a degree/diploma in business or computer technology would be considered an asset)
• Experience with computers and a working knowledge of the Internet
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
